This is the incipit for each of my classes, in which the students are the protagonists. During the asana (yoga practice) I do my best to satisfy everyone's needs in the most playful and original way, starting from simple and precise movements up to more complicated positions.
No matter what the exercise: stretching, muscle strengthening, cardio or complete relaxation, my guidance will be based on precise postural alignments in order to get the maximum therapeutic benefit and to safeguard the integrity of the body.
My classes are moments to reconnect to one's body and find mental serenity, to find new challenges, to experience the limits of one's body and to be surprised by one's abilities.
Regularly practicing yoga has many benefits. From increased focus to heightened flexibility, we all benefit differently from yoga.

ALIGNMENT & FLOW

In these classes special emphasis is given to the principles of alignment, the practice of Pranayama (breathing techniques) and final relaxation in Shavasana. These are the fundamental integrative elements for a complete practice. Hatha Flow is a Hatha Yoga practice that involves dynamic transitions between postures. The transitions are soft, slow, give continuity to the movement and keep the body warm throughout the practice.
SWEAT & LET GO
Move and Renew
Tuesday 6:00-7:00pm (CET)
Sweat & Let Go pushes you to dive deeper into your practice. Just as for the normal classes of Hatha, these classes place special emphasis on to the principles of alignment, the practice of Pranayama (breathing techniques) and the final relaxation in Shavasana. Transitions from one pose to another take place in an active way, following the flow of the breath each inhalation and exhalation is used to accommodate a movement that leads to the next, thus working on the fluidity of the moving body.
YOGA IN ITALIANO
Saturday 6:00-7:15pm (CET)
In queste classi è data particolare enfasi ai principi di allineamento, alla pratica del Pranayama (tecnica di respirazione) e al rilassamento finale in Shavasana come elementi integrativi fondamentali per una pratica completa. Questo Flow di Hatha yoga implica transizioni dinamiche tra le posture, e diverse opzioni di pose per ogni livello. Le transizioni sono morbide per dare continuità al movimento e mantenere il corpo caldo durante tutta la pratica.

My name is Luna and I have been living in Zurich for 4 years after moving to study here food technology. Starting from an early age, I developed a passion for both cooking and nature. Growing up, my passion became a deep interest for food itself, its ingredients and for the link with human health. Over the past years, I deepened my knowledge of physical health and food in the scientific context. I'm currently working as a specialist in food law.
Besides this, I have become increasingly attracted to the discovery of what is called "the true Self".
I approached the Yoga world and I understood that Yoga is one of many paths that a person can walk towards in his or her personal growth and development for both body and mind.
In 2017 I completed a training as a certified Anusara Yoga teacher and since then, I have been transmitting my passion to my students.

In the morning, gently waking your body and mind is essential not only to have the right energy during the day, but also for a serene mind. When the mind indulges in the flow of breath and the body in motion, one enters a state of mental concentration that induces a kind of meditation in motion. There's no better way to start your day.
