Day 1, April 25th, 2020

8:30-9:00 Good Morning Meditation

In 20 minutes, you will be guided in tune with your breath, allowing you to connect with color and open up to positive energy and energize for the day.

10:30-13:30 Back to the Basic

Having good roots is the basis for harmonious growth. Ideal for those who are approaching yoga, as well as for those who want to refresh the foundations!

This session aims to provide both experienced participants and beginners with the main information to understand the nature of Yoga especially in its physical expression, to provide students with the basic skills for the correct execution of asana (poses), in its stability, alignment and breathing. The session will include an introductory session that will explain the scientific foundation of the benefits of yoga, followed by the practice and a final phase dedicated to relaxation. During the yoga practice more emphasis will be placed on the connection of colors and poses.

After lunch there will be some free time. How you choose to spend it is up to you

16:00-17:30 Color Therapy

Chromotherapy is an alternative medicine method that dates to 500BC. Color therapy is very important within Ayurvedic science, so much so that its healing power is recognized. According to Ayurveda, color represents a type of vibratory energy. To perceive, to see, to be immersed in colors is considered a sensorial therapeutic process useful to find a harmony between mind and body. We absorb the colors through mainly the sense of sight. The connection between eyes and brain goes beyond the visual dimension: the images and colors we observe influence mental states and therefore emotions.

In this session we will discover the benefit of the colors. It is known that color affects our moods, emotions and state of mind. So we'll find out how to make the most of the colors for our mental and physical well-being.

18:00-19:15 Yoga in Italian

20:00-21:00 Yin Yoga - Good Night Class

Yin Yoga is an ideal activity to practice before going to bed: it facilitates sleep because it stretches and relaxes the muscles, induces relaxation and clears the mind. Calming the states of agitation is one of the effects of breathing: long and deep breathing acts interact with the heart rate, rebalancing it and promoting relaxation. In this slow practice we will relax mind and body to favor a good night's sleep

You can choose to continue on to Day 2 if you wish to have a longer retreat.

Day 2, April 26th, 2020

8:30-9:00 Rise And Shine Meditation

A few minutes to root yourself in the body can be enough to start the day in the best possible way: present, connected and aware. We will warm our bodies with the colors of the sun

10:00-13:30 Good Morning Flow - Color Yoga

Every color has a different vibration that targets different emotions, thoughts and parts of the body. In this practice we look at these vibrations and we combine them with yoga asana. The colors make yoga practice more fun and rewarding, increases concentration and helps to calm the mind and center the body.

After lunch there will be some free time. How you choose to spend it is up to you

21:00-21:30 Yin Yoga - Sleep Well Class

Yoga for the evening on your bed: the last thoughts we have before we go to sleep affect our sleep and our dreams. In this thirty-minute practice, with simple yoga positions, directly from our comfortable bed we will prepare our minds to go to sleep.
